Shipping & Returns

After placing an order, it may take up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a confirmation e-mail stating that your order has been processed and a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking information once your package has been completed.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days, please call our customer care center at (888) 327-0206 so that we can check the status of your order.

If any of the items on your order are not in stock, you will receive a notification on your order form stating that your order is on hold and it may take a few extra days to get your back ordered items to you. For more information on this, or if you received a notification on your order form stating that your items are backordered, please call our customer care center at (888) 327-0206 so we can further assist you.

Please contact customer service for more information about returning an item. All returns must be made within 60 days. No exceptions. Bottles must be unopened.
