Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Dr Teresa Nutrition Source LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“My Nutrition Source”, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), through www.mynutritionsource.com.

 

Due to the nature of nutritional supplements and personal care products, we accept returns only for unopened products within thirty days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition in which it was received. The item must also be returned in its original packaging, and valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.

 

For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or altered products. Products that have been tampered with, improperly stored, or returned in unsellable condition may be refused.

 

Once a returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original method of payment, less any applicable shipping, handling, or restocking charges. Refund processing times may vary depending on the financial institution. Please allow a reasonable period of time for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

To initiate a return, you must first contact us at support@mynutritionsource.com to obtain return authorization. Returns must be sent to the following address: 401 Dividend Drive, Suite D, Peachtree City, Georgia 30269. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

If your return request is approved, you may write “return to sender” on the original packaging. The Company reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect product, you must notify us within thirty days of the original purchase date so that we may evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective upon posting to the website. The version of the policy in effect at the time of purchase will govern that transaction. This policy supersedes all prior versions, understandings, or representations relating to returns and refunds.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this policy.
