This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made from Dr Teresa Nutrition Source LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, doing business as My Nutrition Source (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Shipping Carriers
We currently ship orders using United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Carrier selection may vary based on shipping destination, service availability, or operational considerations.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses located within the United States and Canada. We reserve the right to limit or decline shipment to certain locations at our sole discretion.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment during normal business hours. Orders are generally shipped the same business day or the following business day after the order is placed. We do not process or ship orders on Fridays, weekends, or recognized holidays. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, inventory delays, or operational circumstances.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery time estimates are provided for general informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. Orders shipped within the United States typically arrive within approximately two to five business days depending on the shipping destination and carrier service selected. Transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside the Company’s control.
Out of Stock Items
If any product in your order is out of stock or otherwise unavailable, shipment of the order may be delayed until the product becomes available. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill and ship delayed items as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods
Shipping services may include, but are not limited to, various USPS and UPS service levels including domestic and international options. Available methods may vary based on destination, package weight, and carrier availability.
Risk of Loss
Title to and risk of loss for products passes to the customer upon transfer of the shipment to the carrier. The Company is not responsible for loss, delay, damage, or theft occurring after the carrier has taken possession of the shipment.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. The Company is not liable for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
International Shipments
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or regulatory restrictions imposed by the destination country. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Delivery timelines for international shipments are not guaranteed.
Carrier Delays
The Company is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other events outside the Company’s reasonable control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, the Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly to initiate any delivery investigation or claim.

The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will govern that transaction.
